Yes, to a point! I (Simon) use this particular walking pad all the time and I am 194cm tall (6’4″). Too much taller than this though and you may struggle to jog on it safely.
What is the most weight it can handle?
Maximum user weight is 110kg. Given their streamline, compact design, we do not recommend trying them if you exceed this. If you are still keen to get a walking pad though, there are other options available!
